WHO WE ARE
The Municipal Forum of New York, Inc. (MFNY) is a not-for-profit organization that supports members of the U.S. municipal securities industry through events that highlight key public finance leaders. Its affiliate, the Municipal Youth Education Fund, offers educational summer internships, financial aid for college-bound interns, and a network for alumni starting their careers.
MFNY creates opportunities for industry participants to connect, share insights, and learn about trends in a relaxed environment. Additionally, its internship programs help talented high school students in New York City explore careers in public finance and Wall Street, fostering the next generation of professionals in the field.

Speaker Series Events
MFNY hosts a Speaker Series annually where leaders in the municipal sector share updates and insights about the industry. The formats vary from presentations and updates led by issuers to panel discussions with investors about the market.
This series honors the Municipal Forum's origins, which began as a meeting of municipal credit experts and has since expanded to encompass all participants in the municipal industry. By bringing together diverse voices and perspectives, the series motivates attendees to explore new strategies and solutions, ultimately contributing to the advancement and resilience of the municipal industry.
